Tina's Salmon Slice in Garlic Lemon and Butter
- 1 slice of salmon about 200g
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Half a head of garlic minced
- Juice of one lemon
- Gently fry garlic in olive oil until golden. Add butter and lemon. Lay the salmon slice onto the mix-ture and allow it to boil slowly until the salmon becomes golden and the mixture is almost dry.
- Serve with hot streamed fried rice with your favorite vegetables or with fried rice with left-over chicken nuggets.
