Ground Chicken with Broccoli

  • 250 g minced chicken or chicken breast, cut up
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small-sized onion chopped
  • 2 tbsps cooking oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 head broccoli cut up
  • ½ cup water


  1. Sautee garlic and onion in cooking oil for a couple of minutes.
  2. Add chicken breast and cook stirring until the juices come out.
  3. Add broccoli. Stir for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add salt, pepper and water and simmer till vegetables are done.
