Mix 6 cloves of minced garlic, vinegar, freshly ground black pepper and chicken in a casserole and let boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or till the chicken pieces are cooked through.
Separate chicken from the sauce. Set aside.
Fry remaining garlic in cooking oil till golden brown.
Add chicken pieces and fry further while stirring and until chicken is light brown in color. Lower the heat as necessary.
